By registering for and participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in a physical activity such as a run involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, dehydration, heat exhaustion, or other injuries that may result from participation. I voluntarily choose to take part in the #DriveToZero event at my own risk.
Medical Fitness
I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in this event. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a qualified physician prior to participating if I have any concerns regarding my health or fitness.
Release of Liability
I hereby release and discharge Arabian Automobiles Company, AW Rostamani Group, the event partners, sponsors, venue, and all affiliated personnel from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may occur during or as a result of my participation.
Personal Belongings
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the event. The organizers will not be held liable for any loss or damage of personal property.
Medical Assistance
In the event of injury or illness, I consent to receive necessary medical treatment and understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Photography and Media Release
I consent to the use of my name, likeness, image, or voice in photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional or informational purposes by the organizers and partners, without compensation.
Compliance with Rules
I agree to follow all event rules, safety instructions, and guidance from event staff.
